Describe a little bit about yourself and your interest in triathlon
All distances sprint to IM but I've gravitated to high freq racing with oly and sprint distance races completing 154 triathlons. D3 helped me maintain high levels of intensity while avoiding injuries (for the most part) as the years and miles accumulated on this body. I found coach Ricci when he coached team USA members for worlds (olympic distance) many years ago. Since the CV times ~ 2020, I have recurring back issues while running long distances. So for now, am focused on aquabike and was able to place 2nd in AG at worlds in 2023 in Pontevedra, Spain.
